The Northface !

  Ever want a jacket that keeps you warm but not to warm? A jackets that goes with all your outfits? A jacket that is actually somewhat cute and isn't a big fluffy one that your mom makes you wear in the winter time. A jacket that  keeps you 100 % dry at all times? A jacket that actually more than one color, other than they old black and gloomy gray? Well the perfect solutions to all your problems would be the north face jacket. The north face jacket keeps your body at a perfect temperature. It doesn't make you feel like your always sweating or freezing. Its at a comfortable temp. Which is always nice because i can never find a jacket that i actually say i like. But this one i really do. Don't you hate when you mom use to put you in the huge coats with all that fur to keep you warm, well now you don't need that! My favorite thing about the north face is that it comes in all different colors. I hate when i like a jacket and it doesn't have my color in it. Well with the north face you don't have that problem, they have pretty much ever color you need or want! And they come in all sizes, that way you can a good fit. I think its so cute that they actually have north face is little kids size. Even though their kind of expensive, they have really good quality. They last for a lime time, no joke. I have a few, and their still in good condition. Which is always good, because i hate buying really expensive jackets and a year later their no good! The ones i have are all different colors, i have a purple, black, blue, and white one. I like to match them will all different outfits. Their perfect for the snow and the rain. And even for a warm day you could just wear a tank top and have a north face and your good to go. They fit snug, which is always nice. Their becoming more and more popular with teens lately. And you could pretty much find them anywhere you go. Probably more like in the mall though.  I don't really like the copy cats one though, other people try and copy the look but it just doesn't look good. So i recommend you get the brand name one because its better quality, it will last longer and its looks better too!

Mini Skirts.

I'm not the type of girl that is always seen wearing skirts and dresses, but lately i have been trying some new things and mini skirts have been one of them. Because i'm so white though i have to wear them with tights. They come in different lengths and materials. My favorite material that they come in though is the basic cotton. Like most clothing items, these skirts also come in different colors and different patterns. My favorite one that i own comes in a flower pattern. i wear it with a plain tank top and a cut e cardigan to match. I'm not usually the type of girl you would see wearing heels either so i like to keep things simple and just wear the skirts with some cute black boots.These skirts also come with like feather type looks, while others have sequins and sparkles on them. For people with tan skin they don't necessarily have to wear tights or nylons with them so they also have the option f wearing cute sandals to go with the skirts. These skirts are a nice spring or summer look and they don't cost very much. another good thing about them is that you can find them in just about any store. That is because they are so popular and just about every girl i know has more then just one of these skirts. I plan on buying a bunch more, i'm really trying to get an all black one. They go with everything and it would just be a lot easier to match outfits if i had an all black one. These skirts give you an older more classy look and i recommend wearing them because they are cute and comfortable and even if you aren't the type to wear skirts, i wasn't either but i turned out to like them and you could too!

Going for The Wavy Look?

You can curl your hair in all kinds of different ways and with all kinds of different items. Most people just stick to basic curls from curling irons. Those irons come in a different size barrels to so you can have really fat curls or tiny ringlet ones. Those kinds of curls get boring after a while though because you continue to get the same looks. Thats when you look to something different. Another way people have started curling their hair is with a skinny hair straightener. You pretty much use it like you are going to straighten your hair but then you twist it backwards and pull and it leaves you with some good looking curls, and yes they do look a lot different then using just your ordinary curling irons. But once these kinds of curls begin to go old, you start looking for something different. The newest looks people are trying, and I've even tried, is having wavy hair. To get wavy hair you use something called a  three barrel curling iron. At first, i really didnt understand how to use it but then i tried it, and its not as hard as it looks. After you get the hang of it, you start to style it in different ways. Some people wave all of their hair and leave their bangs out. I think it looks kind of weird when people wave their bangs to, it just doesn't look right. Other people that do wave their bangs, put them back in a headband. This is what i do when i wave my hair. I put in different colored headbands that match my outfits and my hair looks really cute. Like i said, at first it may be really hard to get the hang of, but one you get the hang of it, you will want to wear your hair like this all the time. I just wish i had longer hair so it wouldn't look like such a poof ball when i try to wear it in a ponytail. I think the wave looks best on people that have longer hair, because they have a bunch more waves. But it doesn't look that bad on people with shorter hair. I have hair just below my shoulders, and i get lots of compliments on my hair when i wear it wavy so don't discouraged to try it! Give it a try !

Braided Bangs.

  It's hard to find different ways to style your hair because you just run out of things too do. Something that has become quite popular is braiding the bangs. There are different types of braids you can do, such as french braids, and ribbon braids. Those are the only two i know how do. I can also do this other kind of braid to where you do a french braid backwards. This makes it so that the braid stands up off your head. Most people tease the rest of the hair to also give it more volume. Braids also look nice when you curl the rest of the hair to. Some types of hair the braids don't look so good on though, for example my hair. I have super thin hair and little wispy hairs in the front so i don't look so good with it. You're probably thinking that its super hard to braid like this, but its really not. I'm the type of person that can see something done once and learn how to do it. For others it may not be so easy, but i promise it's not hard to learn. If you really want to learn how to braid like this too, I'm 100 percent positive you can go onto youtube.com and type in "how to braid hair" videos will pop up and show you step by step tutorials. I'm really good at doing it on other people, and my cousins are always asking me to braid it for them. How you keep the braids in place is by placing a few bobbing pins in the spot where you want your braid to end. It's a real easy look and looks good on most people if you have the right hair type and can find someone that knows how to braid hair. I hope that one day i will be able to do it myself one day. But if your looking for some new ways to style your hair or just want to try another look, i would try doing the braided bangs. Its really cute and it would keep bangs out of your face.  I know sometimes my bangs start to irritate me too so i end up just throwing a headband in.

It's the "Snooki" Poof :)

Snookie Proof!

  OHHH YEAHHHH ! For those of you who don't know who Snooki is, she's a member of the cast on MTV's Jersey Shore. I love watching this show, and i often find myself watching episodes over and over again. I love a good laugh and i believe it if impossible to watch this show and not laugh. It is quite the entertainment drama show. Nicole, aka "Snooki" has become well-known for more reasons then one. She is definitely my favorite cast member. The number one thing that has stuck with her through the seasons is her poof. Most people tease like the crown of their heads to give their hair more volume. It looks volumized and not so flat. To keep the volume a little bit longer, i would use hair spray before teasing because it makes the teasing a little bit easier. Nicole takes teasing to a whole other level though! I'm pretty sure her hair stands like 5 inches off of her head. And you may think that's a little ridiculous, but it surprisingly looks really good even on her. Some people call her their idol too. Just the other day i was watching the Maury show and was shocked to see a fifteen year old rockin' the poof. When asked who her idol was she responded, "Snoooooki!" It was really weird to because she really did look like her. In some ways i don't think it's a good thing that people look to her as their idol because she is not someone that i would want my kids looking up too. her poof has definitely become her trademark though. Everyone has even nicknamed it the "Snooki Poof." I dunno if i would ever style my hair with a poof that massive, but  it definitely fits who she is and i almost think she looks weird with no poof when I'm watching the show. When she does interviews on TV, it's almost a guaranteed question shes asked about. Who would have thought that a simple poof of the hair would contribute to someone becoming famous! i honestly don't think she would be so well-known if it wasn't for her poof.

Tights !

I used to hate wearing tights! Commonly known as nylons. I thought they were the worst thing when my parents used to make me wear them when i was little. I used to think that they were unnecessary clothing items and i just didn't see the point in wearing them. This year though, they seem to be making a come back, which is weird because I'm a young adult now. You will most likely see people wearing them with mini skirts, or pin skirts. People my age usually wear them with cute leather boots, or gladiator sandals, along with a cute cardigan to match. have you ever seen shirts, that aren't normal shirts? They are like the ones that hang lower over your butt. Most people also wear the nylons with  these types of shirts. I think nylons look best with nude colors or blacks, but that's just my opinion. The think that I hate most about nylons though is the fact that they get runs in them. A lot of people reading this may be like, whats a run? because of the nylon material, they are really thin,  basically see through. The material is really easy to get snagged and creates this dreadful looking tear in them that isn't in the least bit attractive. after nylons get a run in them, you usually can't wear them again. They just look that bad! The good thing about nylons is that they are super cheap! You can get them in a lot of clothing stores, most likely in the socks section. They usually are around five dollars, give or take a little depending on the place. I usually buy mine for five bucks though. They come in all types of colors. I don't like to stand out too much in really bright colors, so i just stick to the black nylons. they go with everything. Nylons come in different styles too. Some look like nets, like that you use when you go fishing, and others have cool patterns and designs that you would probably see on an old persons curtains in their homes, like with the flower looking patterns. I like to just stick to the plain, simple, and normal nylons though. Maybe one day i'll try something new though, who knows!

     It's hard to find clothes that are comfortable to wear all the time, but for me yoga pants are the perfect solution! I wear them to school, to bed, to the gym, and just when I'm hanging out around the house.  I'm not the working out type, but when i do i want to feel comfortable doing it. Because of the elastic style material yoga pants are usually made of, they don't stick to me when i sweat. Not to mention they make my butt look good while i work out. You can pretty much find them anywhere you go. But the best place to buy them is Victoria Secrets. They have all different kinds of styles ranging from yoga pants, yoga Capri's and their latest addition yoga shorts. Their so cute. I prefer the yoga Capri's. The keep my warm  with a nice breeze They have all different colors and patterns. I really like the ones with all the bright colors. Let me tell you they have any color you could possibly imange. My moms like orange and she was super surprised they had her favorite color. And not only to they have solid colors but they have different kinds of prints on them, like the Victoria secrets dog, hearts, circles all different cute prints. Oh and they even have animal prints on the too which is really big right now in fashion. The ones that have the cheetah print with the "love pink" on the back, are definitely my favorite. For fun sometimes i like to match with my whole outfit including my bra.  Me and my cousin are SO addicted to wearing them.  We usually buy at least one a paycheck. They just go with anything and you can wear them pretty much anywhere you go. They're so young and fresh looking. Not all teens wear these though, I've seen a lot of adults start to wear them to. By older woman wearing them, it helps them have confindence to show off your body figure. Because their so tightly fit.  Its funny when i go to other stores and i see they have generic types. Which let me tell you they're so ugly, and they don't even fit your body and are very uncomfortable. They have unwanted drooping in awkward places. The yoga pants from victoria secrets fit to your body so you feel sexy and comfortable wearing them. I recommand them to everyone, especially to those who love having a lazy day once in awhile. Im know i work alot and sometimes i just wanna come home put a pair on and just relax. So if you want something that is super comfortable and can pretty much wear them anywhere you want, i suggest you by a pair of yoga pants but only from victoria secrets though !

Right Down the Middle!

As kids, we don't usually care what our hair looks like. It usually just does what it wants, or your parents do it for you. I started out with bangs that go straight across the forehead and my mom would always curl them. Like any other kid, i hated when my mom did my hair so i started doing it myself. I would just pull it all back into one ponytail with no bangs down. As i got older i started going to a new hair dresser. She talked me into styling my bangs a different way. She wanted them to swoop down to one side with like a side part. Now, as I'm reaching adulthood the style of hair i notice that is becoming the new trend is the "Butt Part." Some may know what that is, but for those of you who don't, it's where you take a comb, and split your hair right down the middle. I wish i could do this to my hair, but my hair is just so thin that it looks really bad. For some people though, they are able to pull the look off, some better then others. An example of people that are able to pull it off are the Kardashian sisters who are shown in the pictures. They have really nice thick hair that is super long. I like when they curl their hair it looks really good. I hate when i see some people trying to do it to their hair, and it just looks all wrong. I bet part of it is because I'm not used to seeing them with the hair style, but in some cases i just don't think they should be doing this style. it's a hard look to pull off and I'm sure it takes some getting use to. Yes, its a great hair style, but i don't think i will be pulling this look off anytime soon, though I wish i could ! I think I'll just stick to my side part with the swoopy bangs. If you're a daring person and are looking to try the butt part, i recommend getting some an opinions from people, before wearing it out in public ! 

Classy Yet Warm.

          When I was younger, my parents used to send me off to school dressed in those hideous, poofy coats that every kid dreads wearing. As i got older they weren't so poofy, but they definitely were not cute. Now that I'm a young adult, it's time to upgrade. The newest trend in winter coats is the jackets you would see worn to classy or professional places such as church or out to a nice dinner. I have one that I like to wear to church. They aren't real expensive if you don't mind wearing something that isn't name brand. I bought mine at a store called Alley Kat. I believe i got a really good deal on mine too because I only spent twenty-five dollars on it. It's not a jacket i wear all the time, but I like to wear it when i want to look a little bit older or professional. It really works! I look a lot younger than i really am so people don't really see me as an adult, but I promise the jacket adds a few years.       

          They come in all sorts of styles. Some have hoods, while others just have a collar you fold over. Some have buttons and others have zippers. It all depends on the style you like. For me, i like the buttons. I feel like the zipper ones don't look as good, though i have nothing against them. Styles are not the only thing that differs about these jackets, they also come in all sorts of colors. If you're going for more neutral colors, they have blacks, greys and nudes. If you want to stand out more they have pinks, yellows, and just about any other colors. I think these jackets go best with a nice pair of jeans and some heels. If you're not into heels, flats or nice dress up boots also go well with these jackets. It's pretty hard to not find anything that these jackets go with so don't worry too much! Another thing about these jackets is that they are not just for looks. The material they are made out of actually keep you warm. At first i didn't know if I would like them, but after i tried one on, I found them to be very comfortable.

         Everybody has to grow up soon or later so why not change your look too! I encourage everyone to buy one of these jackets, or heck, buy one in every color! I bet you won't regret it. If these types of jackets aren't something you would usually wear, i say give them a try. They really look nice and who doesn't like to look nice !

"Shape Up" Your Body !

For me, I've never seen such an ugly shoe! I saw them on a person before i had actually even heard of them and i thought that they looked absolutely ridiculous! I could never picture myself wearing those riduculous things. After a few months a began to see the commercials on television and advertisments in magazines and i realized what they were actually for. Shape ups claim to "tone" butts, legs and reduce cellulite. Is this true? Who would know because there wasnt really any actual studies done to actually show that they truely do "tone" parts of the body. But that didnt stop sales. Shape-ups were flying off the shelves and they just became the thing to have. So many people try to make time in their busy schedules to hit up the gym a few times a week, so why not just spend a little money if it meant that you didn't have to spend as much time at the gym? That's exactly what people were thinking to. Other Companys began to create such a shoe to, Reebok "EasyTone" shoes also became quite popular. Because the shoes were such a hit, Reebok came out with the EasyTone shirts and pants. These were said to "help posture" while working out. I read a bunch of reviews that said they really do feel like the clothing and  helped with their posture, but I just say it depends on who you are because some people felt nothing at all. I don't really workout much but i've been trying to go to the gym so i think i may try out some of the products. I'll probably wait till they go on sale though because i don't want to spend a bunch of money that may not work for me. But i must say, if you don't care what people think and don't mind walking around in some ridiculous looking shoes, then you should try some of these products. They are an easier way to toning your body and if it does turn out to work for you then you're saving alot of time at the gym ! It could end up being a lose-lose situation, but then it could be a lose-win! :)

Prints Prints Prints !

Everyone's going crazy over their prints! People are mixing all sorts of different types of prints too. My new thing is shirts with floral prints, skinny jeans, boots, and a nice cardigan to go with. Using prints is a great way to add color to your wardrobe. You have to keep in mind, that it IS okay to mix prints, but NOT okay to mix prints of different colors. If the prints don't match, it will simply look like you decided to dress yourself in the dark. It would just look embarrassing and nobody likes to be embarrassed. People are getting so into the prints I see people around wearing zebra printed pants, carrying giraffe printed purses, and girls even going as far as putting zebra prints on their acrylic nails. I'm not saying it looks bad though because I am definitely guilty of using animal prints on more then just shirts too! Not only do women like the animal, but men do too. Men find women unusually "sexy" in the prints. Guys must think that the prints are a way of introducing their wild side to everyone, and hey, who doesn't like someone with a wild side?! Animal printed clothing was once thought of as being trashy, but in this year and age age its the fashion must have, I even have a leopard printed blanket! && i must say I LOVE IT! Some of my friends have printed wallets too and they love showing them off. Looking at the new bathing suits for this year, I've noticed animal prints are quite popular. I'm even thinking about getting a pink and black leopard bandeau bathing suit from Victoria's Secret. I would recommend getting one from there too. There's some many different bathing suits there that it is less likely that someone will have the same bathing suit as you. I mean obviously someone will have the same one, but what are the odds of running into them. You are more likely to run into someone with the same one if you go to a traditional outlet store like Walmart or Target. Shoes with animal prints are also very popular right now! especially the snake skin heels. Now for floral prints, most people while talking about it say they wont ever wear flowers on their shirts or whatever because thats for old people. I've actually heard some people say that before, but worn with appropriate accessories can make your outfit look really nice and people will compliment on it for sure!
